Description
There are known heat-insulating insulating panels made of plastic films, in which the layers of air necessary for keeping warmth between the individual Foils are produced by bulging these foils .. They touch each other the vertices of the bulges of the individual foils.
Since it is not easy for every form of bulging in production to bring the vertices exactly on top of each other is proposed according to the invention, on the film, which can be corrugated or folded or with bulges after a Direction or both directions, spacers in the form of strips, Put tubes or the like made of cardboard, wood veneer, plastic or the like. To this Strip is then put back a film, which in turn from the following one through Strip is separated and so on. The connection of the strips with the foils can either by gluing, thermal welding, mechanical stapling or the like Procedures are made. With the appropriate arrangement; z. B. at an angle to the plate axis, The spacers can combine the heat convection with the bulges strongly prevent the constrictions and expansions of the air layer formed, so claß you can manage with a smaller number of foils than without spacers. The drawing explains the invention using a few exemplary embodiments, although Figs. z and 2 in the diagram and plan a plate of folded foils with transverse to Folding direction inserted spacer strips made of wood, Fig. 3. And d in the same Representation of a similar design in which the spacer strips are laid diagonally are, while Figs. 5 and 6 show in the same way a plate with wart-shaped Bulges is provided, the distance @ dsstreifeil in the manner of A-bb. r and 2 are arranged.
