Description
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Anordnung zur Verringerung der Bauhöhe und Erzielung möglichst enger Baufolgen von Stufen und ihrer Verbindungswege bei mehrstufigen Förderanlagen, wie sie beispielsweise Kalklösch- oder Trocknungsanlagen darstellen. Bisher werden die einzelnen Stufen solcher Anlagen untereinanderliegend angeordnet, was zu sehr großen Bauhöhen führt, die zwangsläufig auch große Bauhöhen für die Zubringeranlagen ergeben. Es wurde bereits vorgeschlagen, die Stufen in gleicher oder annähernd gleicher Höhe anzuordnen und sie durch Kettenförderpaare miteinander zu verbinden. Hierbei ergibt sich jedoch die Notwendigkeit, die Stufen weit auseinander zu legen. Dies bedeutet nicht nur einen Mehrbedarf an Material, sondern erfordert auch größere Anschaffungskosten. Diese Nachteile lassen sich bei Verwendung von Schnecken als Fördermittel vermeiden. Zu diesem Zweck ordnet man am Ende jeder Stufe ein Flügelrad an, welches das Fördergut in ein kurzes Verbindungsstück leitet, von wo das Gut durch ein Hilfsflügelrad zur nächsten Stufe gefördert wird. Schnecken lassen sich sowohl in ihren Ausmaßen als auch in ihrer Verbindung miteinander beschränken und auf engstem Raum unterbringen. Dieses ergibt Vorteile, die sich auch preisgünstig auswirken.
