Description
Verfahren zur Herstellung von Limonaden aller Art Die Erfindung betrifft ein neues Verfahren zur Herstellung von Limonaden aller Art. Es besteht darin; daß die mit Wasser vorgemischten Limonadensirupe durch eine an sich bekannte Emulgiervorrichtung geleitet und darauf in an sich bekannter Weise weiterverarbeitet werden. Unter den Limonadensirupen sind dabei nach der Fachsprache zu verstehen: Obstsäfte und Obstsirupe, natürliche und künstliche Essenzen verschiedener Geschmacksrichtungen, Säuren der verschiedensten Art, Farblösungen, Zucker und künstlicher Süßstoff., wobei diese einzelnen Bestandteile mit Wasser gemischt sind.Process for the production of lemonades of all kinds The invention relates to a new process for making lemonades of all kinds. In den Emulgiervorrichtungen findet bekanntlich eine intensive Durchrührung der Mischung statt, so daß nach dem Passieren .der Vorrichtung sich in diesen Suspensionen bzw. Lösungen die einzelnen Bestandteile in äußerst feiner Verteilung befinden. Dabei hat sich die überraschende Tatsache herausgestellt, daß man durch diese äußerst feine Verteilung der Limonadensirupe in den Lösungen oder Suspensionen mit einer erheblich niedrigeren. Menge an diesen Sirupen, also Fruchtsäften, Zucker, Süßstoffen, Säuren usw., auskommt, um den gleichen Effekt zu erzielen als bisher nach dem alten Verfahren. Versuche haben ergeben, daß durch dieses einfache und billige Verfahren etwa io bis 20010 der Ingredienzien für die Limonadenherstellung erspart werden können, so daß damit ein erheblicher Fortschritt in dieser Fabrikation erzielt ist.It is known that there is intensive agitation in the emulsifying devices the mixture takes place, so that after passing .the device in these suspensions or solutions, the individual components are in an extremely fine distribution.
