Description
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung zur Behandlung von karbonathaltigem Wasser mit Säure. Bei der Aufbereitung von Wasser ist es je nach der Höhe der Karbonathärte und nach dem dadurch bedingten Verfahren der chemischen Aufbereitung oft notwendig, durch Zusatz von Säure die Alkalitätszahl zu regeln. Durch die Säureeinwirkung entsteht freie Kohlensäure, welche aus dem Wasser möglichst schnell wieder ausgeschieden werden muß, weil sie alle Eisenteile angreift. Gemäß der Erfindung wird deshalb in die Rohrleitung, welche das mit Säure versetzte Wasser führt, ein Gasabscheider eingebaut, aus welchem das C02 abgeleitet wird. Erst nachdem das CO2 entfernt ist, wird das Wasser zu dem Wasserbehälter oder dem thermischen Entgaser weitergeleitet.The invention relates to a device for the treatment of carbonate Water with acid. Der Abscheider wird zweckmäßig mit einem säurefesten inneren Belag versehen, damit er durch die Säure nicht angegriffen wird. Beim weiteren Durchströmen des hinter dem Impfpunkt liegenden Rohrteiles 3 tritt die Mischung und die chemische Umsetzung ein nach der Formel 2NaHC03 + H2S04= Na2S04 + H20 + C02. Das Gemisch gelangt in den Gasabscheider 4 und trifft.auf die Prallwand 5. Daher scheidet sich das CO, ab und strömt durch das Rohr 6 ab, während das Wasser durch das Rohr 7 in den thermischen Entgaser 8 fließt, in welchem es mittels Wasserdampf in bekannter Weise auf etwa 1o3° C erhitzt und dadurch auch von dem Restgehalt an Gasen praktisch befreit wird.The arrangement is shown schematically in the drawing.
