Description

e Verfahren zur Verbesserung der Reibechtheit von Färbungen mit direkt ziehenden Farbstoffen auf Mischgeweben aus Wolle und Cellulosefasern Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Verbesserung der Reibechtheit von Färbungen mit direkt ziehenden Farbstoffen auf Mischgeweben aus Wolle und Cellulosefasern. e Process for improving the rubbing fastness of dyeings with direct dyes on blended fabrics made of wool and cellulose fibers. The present invention relates to a process for improving the rubbing fastness of dyeings with direct dyes on blended fabrics made of wool and cellulose fibers.

It is already known to s.ubstantive colorations in order to increase their After-treating the rubbing fastness with solutions of surface-active agents.

According to the process, the rubbing fastness of dyeings is improved with direct dyes on blended fabrics made of wool and cellulose fibers in such a way that the mixed fabrics concerned immediately after dyeing with aqueous Solutions of condensation compounds from higher molecular weight fatty acids or their functional derivatives are post-treated with protein fission materials, which are at least obtained four times the amount by weight of the condensation compounds of neutral salts. The process according to the invention results in dyeings that are significantly more rub-resistant than in the known processes in which surface-active compounds without added salt used, are, achieved. In addition, those after-treated according to the invention stand out Coloring results in more beautiful and clearer shades. Among the many neutral salts which come into consideration for carrying out the method according to the invention has The Glauber's salt proved to be particularly cheap.

In the following, the implementation of the method according to the invention will be explained in more detail with the aid of a few examples. Examples i. i oo parts of a mixed yarn consisting of 7 0 0'0 of wool and 300.16 of rayon are in a liquor ratio of i: 3o with 50; o diamine bordeaux B (Schultz, Dyestuff Tables., 6th edition, No. 319 ) and 30% crystallized Glauber's salt colored in the usual way using Berlin tap water. This dyeing shows very poor rub fastness. However, if the yarn is treated after the dyeing process for 1/2 hour at 35 to 0 ° in a solution containing 0.5 g of oil, sodium lysalbinic acid and iog Glauber's salt per liter, this shows Yarn has good rub fastness.

2. ioo Teile Mischgarn aus 700,ö Wolle und 300'o Zellwolle werden im Flottenverhältnis i :3o unter Verwendung von Berliner Leitungswasser in der üblichen Weise mit 2, 5 0'o Säureanthracenrot 3 B (S c h u 1 t z , a. a. O. Nr. ioo), 20.'o Diaminechtrot F (Schultz, a. a. O. Nr. 34.3), 4.% Metachrombeize (vgl. Färberei- und textilchemische Untersuchungen von D r. F. H e e r m a n n , ;. Aufi., S.98), ioo'o kristallisiertem Glaubersalz gefärbt. 3. Wollplüsch mit einem Gehalt von 6o0,0 an baumwollenem Grundgewebe wird gewaschen und sodann in bekannter Weise mit 4.0'o Diamingrün G (Schultz, a. a. O. Nr. ,475) und 200'o kristallisiertem Glaubersalz gefärbt. Der Plüsch zeigt eine unbefriedigende Reibechtheit. Durch eine Nachbehandlun;g während @@ Stunde bei 501 in einer Lösung, die 5 g IGlaubersalz und 0,5 g einer Kondensatiensverbindung aus Sojafettsäurechlorid mit Eiweißspaltst.offen mittleren Molekulargetvichts im Liter enthält, wird d:e Reibechtheit weitgehend verbessert.2. 100 parts of mixed yarn made from 700,000 wool and 300,000 viscose wool are mixed in a liquor ratio of i: 3o using Berlin tap water in the usual manner with 2.50% acid anthracene red 3 B (S chu 1 tz, op. Cit. No . ioo), 20.'o Diaminechtrot F (Schultz, op ), colored ioo'o crystallized Glauber's salt. The rubbing fastness of this dyeing is poor. A post-treatment for 1 'hour at 5o' in a solution of 0.5.0, - a condensation compound of oleic acid chloride with high molecular weight protein fissile substances, which was produced according to the information in patent 702386, and 10 g of crystallized Glauber's salt per liter, the rubbing fastness is largely improved. 3. Wool plush with a cotton base fabric content of 6o0.0 is washed and then dyed in a known manner with 4.0'o diamine green G (Schultz, op. Cit. No. 475) and 200'o crystallized Glauber's salt. The plush shows an unsatisfactory rub fastness. Post-treatment for 1 hour at 501 in a solution containing 5 g of Iberian salt and 0.5 g of a condensate compound of soy fatty acid chloride with protein breakdowns with average molecular weight per liter, the rubbing fastness is largely improved.
