Das von mir entwickelte Transportmagnetband hat die Eigenschaft, dass mit unübertrefflicher Sicherheit das Transportband vor einem Bandablauf verhindert wird. Ist das Transportmagnetband aufgelegt und die Spannvorrichtung bzw. die Umlenkrollen betriebsfertig eingestellt, so wird unter dem unteren Teil des Bandes (siehe Zeichnung Nr. 4) ein Elektromagnet genau unter das flexible Eisenflachseil (kurz Magnetband genannt) angebracht (siehe Zeichnung Nr. 1). Danach wird das Band eingeschaltet und das El.Magnet so justiert, dass das Magnetband immer im Magnetbereich bleibt und somit ein Bandablauf unmöglich ist. Zu bemerken ist allerdings, dass das El.Magnet eine bestimmte Länge von der Umlenkrolle befestigt wird, damit das Band sich immer auf die Umlenkrolle ziehen kann. Die Zahl der El.Magnete kann je nach Länge des Bandes beliebig eingebaut werden. Im Allgemeinen sind jedoch höchstens zwei El.Magnete je vor den Umlenkrollen bzw. Antriebsrolle erforderlich. Die drei Magnetbänder mit drei nebeneinander liegenden El.Magnete sind nur im äußersten verwendbar.
