Abstract

The device has a solid cover or a grid (3) supported by a frame (2). An axis (9) extending from the cover fits into a housing in the frame. A groove in the frame forms the housing. The two side walls (25a,25b) are joined by a base (26). There are stops (27a,27b) at the top which extend horizontally towards the outer edge of the frame. The stops cover the side edges (14a,14b) of the axis (9) when the cover is closed. The base extends towards the edge of the frame and has a lug (28) which supports the axis. The cover is opened or closed by moving the axis through the open space (32) formed by the lug and the stops. This space is below the upper edge (21) of the frame and opens towards the outside of the frame.
