Die Erfindung vermeidet diesen Nachteil und besteht darin, daß auf den elastischen Isolierschläuchen Isolierstoffringe in Abständen angeordnet sind. Durch diese Maßnahme werden die Kriechwegwiderstände vergrößert, so daß die Gefahr von Überschlägen auch dann noch gering ist, wenn der elastische Werkstoff bereits eine beträchtliche Isolationsverschlechterüng erlitten hat. Die Isolierstoffringe werden zweckmäßig aus Porzellan hergestellt, aber auch andere Isolierstoffe, z. B.
