Description
Process for producing a durable coating on old and new walls, concrete structures and the like. The present invention relates to a method, to protect plastered walls against external influences and possibly at the same time to design decoratively, with washing off, similar to that of fired pottery with glaze, is possible and where-with external circumstances, weather influences on the Protective coating have no influence. The invention is of course built on the known basic materials for plaster. Ordinary cement will if he is too dark, mixed with substances that make the color lighter, e.g. B. with ground white quartz species. This cement is made with water and an addition of OK to 20% - slaked fat lime. You let the whole thing settle, and now after the process to make the mass suitable for lime paints, possibly even more Lime water added. After mixing, this mass is in the usual way on the object to be coated, so z. B. an old or fresh wall plaster, applied. After the whole thing has settled a little, the application is more water-soluble Colors, e.g. B. lime green, expediently by spraying. After the colors set have or have not been drawn in, a solution of magnesium chloride, also on best by atomizer, - sprayed on, and after the moisture partially has penetrated or something has evaporated, you drive with your heatable, for the Smoothing of asbestos-cement panels known smoothing device over it, -being the heat must be more than 100 ° C; a hard, high-gloss surface is created. Becomes matt gloss or if you want a silky shine. to mix the cement with the lime one of the commercially available cellulose solutions. That. Procedure is applicable, too in old buildings, e.g. B. barracks, which makes them healthier because Dust can be wiped off and cleaning with water is easy. Describe and It is not possible to smear the finished mass because of the coating so much is smooth, for whatever reason dirt does not stick and is easily washed off can. The procedure. 1n, -to serve for all pottery. also with platelets,; `or tiles; and signs for painting with advertisements can also be made.
