Description
Diese Erfindung befaßt sich mit der Vorgabe einer manipuliersicheren (TR = tamper resistant) bzw. einer eine Manipulation anzeigenden Verschlußkappe aus Plastikmaterial und ist speziell geeignet für die Anwendung bei einem Behälter mit Standardform, der mit einem Halsring versehen ist, wie er beispielsweise in der durch die Glass Manufacturers Federation ausgegebenen Werbeschrift unter der Referenznummer G.F.304 gezeigt ist.This invention is concerned with the provision of a tamper resistant (TR) or tamper indicating closure cap made of plastics material and is particularly suitable for use with a container of standard shape provided with a neck ring, such as that shown in the promotional leaflet issued by the Glass Manufacturers Federation under the reference number G.F.304.
Millionen solcher Standardbehälter werden jedes Jahr hergestellt und solche Behälter werden gegenwärtig durch eine Kappe verschlossen, die im Handel als eine ROPP (roll on pilfer proof = diebstahlsicher aufgesetzte)-Kappe aus Aluminium bekannt ist. Mit den vorliegenden ROPP-Kappen aus Aluminium bewirkt eine geeignete Deformation des Metalls eine Verformung der Kappe, um unter den Halsring zu greifen und wenn die Kappe einmal in die geforderte Form deformiert ist, verbleibt sie in diesem deformierten Zustand. Wenn die Watte bzw. die Auskleidung 15 als ein Mittel zur Vorgabe einer Abdichtung zwischen der Flasche und der Kappe vorgesehen ist, dann kann die Umkehrung der selbsteinstellenden, ringförmigen Überschnapp-Schürze während des Einsetzens der Watte bzw. der Auskleidung 15 stattfinden, aber, da die Schürze eine geneigte konische Form aufweist, wird in jedem Fall diese Umkehrung erleichtert.
