Description
Pit lining from one another, and at the joints through sleeves held together in profile iron segments. The aim of the invention is to create a particularly dimensionally stable iron extension for under high pressure on all sides standing mining lines. This object is achieved according to the invention in such a way that that on the entire scope of the expansion, the segments of three double-T-shaped profile iron frame nested and the segments of the middle frame. about half a lengthwise division compared to those of the outer frames are offset. Such an expansion is both Both in its plane and across it, it is considerably more resistant than the previously used ones iron support frames, in which the existing from a simple profile iron Segments either; be it with interposed squeezers or without them, butt against each other and are united by tabs or at their The ends interlock or the one consisting of a simple profile iron arch Extension frame at both ends in two U-shaped bent profile iron formed foot pieces or in the case of a circular extension engages in a lower extension part, which consists of two side-by-side profile iron arch pieces, which in one to accommodate warping wood serving spacing of two, but with they are surrounded only by two profile iron bow pieces combined. In contrast, the present frame consists of three over its entire circumference nested profile iron, and these are also still frame by about half a longitudinal division offset from one another, so that they have a form a very strong bandage. The expansion can be completely rigid in this form or with the help of crimps inserted at the joints up to one be designed to be resilient to a certain extent in the circumferential direction. With the door frame extension one has a. the cap already consists of three interlocking parallel rails educated; here, however, the rail pieces are not against each other in the longitudinal direction offset, and only the door frame cap is designed to be reinforced in this way.
The drawing illustrates in FIGS. I and z one according to FIG Invention trained rigid expansion in side view and in cross section according to A-B in Fig. I and in Figs. 3 to 5 a circumferentially flexible expansion in side view and in two cross-sections according to C-D and E-F of Figure 3 as exemplary embodiments.
The expansion consists of three or more superimposed Frame, each of which is made of double-T-shaped and at the joints by sleeves or clamp bands b held together profile iron segments a is formed. Of the the middle frame is inserted between the foot and head flanges of the outer frame, and its segments are about half a pitch relative to the segments the outer frame is offset. In the embodiment according to Figures 3 to 5, the Joints of the frame squeeze body e inserted between the segment ends.
