Die Erfindung besteht im wesentlichen darin, daß zwischen dem zum Lüften des Nähfußes dienenden Gestänge und dem zur Stichbreitenverstellung dienenden Gestänge -ein aus einem Knickhebelpaar bestehendes Hebelgestänge eingeschaltet ist, das in einer Stellung die Hubbewegung des zum Lüften des Nähfußes dienenden Gestänges auf die Nadeischwingstange überträgt und in der anderen Stellung letztere unbeeinflußt läßt.
