Description

Geflechtkorb und Verfahren zu seiner Herstellung Die Erfindung betrifft einen Geflechtkorb, dessen Massivboden von U-förmigen Metallstaken getragen wird und zeigt gleichzeitig ein Verfahren zu dessen Herstellung. Bei den bisher bekannten Geflechtkörben, bei denen der Massivboden von den U-förmigen Metallstaken getragen wird, sind in den Stakenschenkeln besondere Abbiegungen vorgesehen, die den Massivboden tragen. Diese Abbiegungen machen das Herstellungsverfahren des Korbes umständlich und teuer. Außerdem besteht der Nachteil, daß sich die Abbiegungen bei der Benutzung des Korbes sehr leicht aufbiegen, so daß der Boden dann überhaupt keinen Halt mehr hat. Außerdem war es bei den bekannten Körben notwendig, um einen doppelten Metallstakenrand zu bilden, die U-förmigen Stakenschenkel dicht nebeneinanderzulegen bzw. sich gegenseitig überdecken zu lassen. Dies hat den Nachteil, daß der Korb unnützerweise erschwert wird: Außerdem ist die Haltbarkeit bei den bekannten Körben sehr gering, da infolge der besonderen Anordnung der Staken .die Löcher im Boden keilartig auseinandergetrieben werden, so daß es vorkommen kann, daß sich die Staken nach oben durchdrücken. Außerdem waren auch bereits Flechtkörbe bekannt, bei denen die U-förmigen Staken von oben her durch den Boden hindurchgesteckt und über den Außenrand des Bodens nach oben zurückgebogen waren. Diese Korbausbildung hat den Nachteil, daß unterhalb des Bodens kein Rand gebildet ist und sich damit diese Körbe . schlecht hochheben lassen.
