Description
Abschlammrohr zur zeitweisen Entleerung von Bodenablagerungen In dem Hauptpatent ist eine Vorrichtung geschaffen, bei der in ein Ablaßrohr auf die Länge verteilt Saug- bzw. Druckdüsen fest eingelagert sind. Es wird bei dieser Anordnung die Strömungsenergie des am Rohrende eintretenden Triebmittels zusätzlich der Druckumsätze in den Düsen nutzangewandt. Versuche haben ergeben, daß der Wirkungsgrad einer solchen Vorrichtung noch ganz " erheblich gesteigert. werden kann, wenn vor jedes einzelne Düsenteil Diffüsoren vor- bzw. nachgeschaltet, eingebaut werden. Diese Diffusoren werden allmählich zu den einzelnen Düsen hin erweitert, und zwar dahingehend, daß die Geschwindigkeit in ihnen gleichmäßig abnimmt. Kurz vor den Düsen erhalten die Diffusoren eine düsenartige Verengung des Querschnittes. Die bessere Wirkung wird dadurch erklärt, daß es praktisch nicht möglich ist, dem Treibmittel und dem eintretenden Schlammstrahl bei ihrem Zusammentreffen gleichen Druck und gleiche Geschwindigkeit zu geben. Durch Einschalten des Diffusors an dieser Stelle kann der Strahl mit höherem Druck so ohne Störung sich der laminaren Strömung des anderen Strahles einfügen: Dadurch tritt eine geringere Wirbelbildung und somit geringere Wirbelverluste ein als in rein zylindrischen Röhren.
