Abstract

The electric oven temperature control includes an electromechanical thermostat (8) which is accelerated by a thermal shunt (9) solidly attached to a heating resistance (4). The temperature control includes a button (6) acting directly on the screw (81) of the thermostat. The electric oven has on its front surface a temperature control which acts on an electromechanical thermostat (8) having a stack axis (84) and a control screw. The thermostat is accelerated by a thermal shunt (9) solidly attached to a heating resistance (4). The thermal shunt (9) is formed from a metal plate comprising one part (91) perpendicular to the stack axis of the thermostat. The temperature control includes a button (6) and a casing (31), the button acting directly on the screw (81) of the thermostat. The thermostat (8) is fixed to the box (31) by a first end of its stack axis (84). The box (31), the button (6) and the thermostat are constructed as a sub-assembly.
