Die Erfindung betrifft eine Wandkonsole für Aschenbecher mit Klappdeckel und ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an der Wandkonsole ein vom Klappdeckel gesondertes, sich vor die Vorderwand des Aschenbechers legendes Halteglied angelenkt ist, das den Aschenbecher in seiner Stellung sichert. Das Halteglied kann dabei entweder aus 'einem an der Rückwand der Konsole angelenkten, den oberen Rand des Aschenbechers umgreifenden Rahmen oder aus einer an der Vorderkante der Konsole angelenkten Wand bestehen.
