Abstract

In order to produce a building by the skeleton construction method, the invention proposes a multifunctional concrete girder (10) which comprises a longitudinal panel (11) with three parallel longitudinal ribs (12, 13, 14) connected integrally thereto. All the longitudinal ribs (12-14) are of the same height. An on-edge, relatively thin longitudinal rib (12) defines, together with a central, thickened longitudinal rib (13), a warm-air duct (15), while said thickened longitudinal rib (13) defines, together with a second longitudinal rib (14) which is offset inwardly from the other longitudinal border, a conduit (16). The remaining space on the surface of the longitudinal panel (11) forms a floor-beam rest (17). Floor beams made of any material may be rested on said floor-beam rest (17). The warm-air duct (15) is closed to the top by means of a plurality of covering panels (20). The covering panels (20) exhibit heat-conducting ribs (22) which project into the warm-air duct (15). By virtue of this design of multifunctional concrete girders, which, adjoining an installation tower of the building, run along the exterior building line, a building of the skeleton construction type can be subdivided in any manner at any time. This applies not only to areas in offices, commercial buildings or residential buildings, but also to the installation of bathroom units. <IMAGE>
