Description
Belt line for long conveyor routes It is already known for very long ones Conveyor lines the conveyor belt by lined up relatively short drive belts to drive on which the supporting conveyor belt run runs.
The invention is now concerned with the task of such a driven make long conveyor belt easy to break up and transport. That was so associated with difficulties than the extraordinarily long and heavy conveyor belt Difficulties with the cultivation and dismantling caused. Form according to the invention Now the drive belts each have a unit that is independent of the conveyor belt, and the conveyor belt is made up of individual elements connected by means of an easily detachable, elastic coupling Pieces together whose length corresponds to that of a drive unit. To this In order to relocate the conveyor belt, it is only necessary to move the conveyor belt in such a way that that the individual pieces are on the drive units, and after solving the Couplings can easily move the individual units together with the conveyor belt sections will. The connection of the conveyor belt pieces is expediently done in a hinge-like manner, a flexible crosspiece forming the axis of the hinges. The drive units too are by means of bars o. dgi. tied together.
In the drawing, the invention is shown schematically, wherein Fig. T the conveyor belt in side view and Fig. 2 an appropriate connection of the Parts of the conveyor belt illustrated.
The conveyor belt a is driven by the drive belts b in a known manner driven. The drive belts b each form .ein independent of the conveyor belt Unit, for example by being built into a frame (shown in dashed lines) are, and are lined up in working position. The conveyor belt a is in single Divided pieces whose length corresponds to that of a drive unit and the are elastically and easily detachably connected to one another, for example by hinges d., with a flexible crosspiece forming the axis. The connection is thus according to their elasticity is also suitable for a trough-shaped storage of the tape a.
If the conveyor line is now to be relocated, the conveyor belt is driven as follows: that the individual parts of the same come to rest on the drive units that Connections of both the conveyor belt and the drive units are released, and the latter can now easily together with the conveyor belt pieces lying on it be moved. Of course, the total length of the conveyor belt must be a resp. the length of the individual band part be kept so that each part of the load-bearing Conveyor belt strands like the empty strand on top of each other, on a drive unit come.
