Abstract

It is intended to create a simple means of strain relief for the cables (8) which make contact with connecting terminals (22) in a housing with connecting terminals. This is achieved by a special refinement of a chamber (1) for accommodating the connecting terminals (22). The chamber (1) is essentially formed by a lower part (3) having sprung tongues (2) on the cable entry side and by a chamber cover (11) whose ribs compress the tongues (2).
