Abstract

The invention relates to a cabinet (1) for the display of goods, having a cooling device (2), a transparent front panel (3) and goods trays (5) for presenting cooled, fresh food, in particular meat, sausage, fish, cheese or the like. One or more flat or trough-type goods trays (5) are provided which are arranged inclined obliquely downwards relative to the transparent front panel (3) and have on the rear side a projecting mirror (7), in which the goods displayed are visibly reflected for the customers. The goods trays (5) are arranged in at least two layers (14, 15) one above the other and preferably in steps. In this case, the upper goods tray (5) adjoins in each case with its front edge (13) the upper edge of the mirror (7) of the lower goods tray (5).
