Abstract

The plate cylinder has an inner print carrier provided either side witha laminated foil or varnish. The print carriers (2) stick in at least one row through adhesion on a carrier belt (4) which is wound up into a roll. The carrier belt is unwound from the roll and then drawn from the device round a deflection edge to release the print carriers from the carrier belt. The print carriers can have holes (6) for fitting on bottle necks.
