In vielen Fällen wird nun dies nachträgliche' Aufbringen der halbleitenden Beläge auf die Papiere mit Schwierigkeiten verbunden sein, da nur sehr geringe Leitfähigkeiten zweckmäßig sind und entsprechend dünne Beläge aus Druckerschwärze, auch wenn man die Konzentration der leitenden Bestandteile gering wählt, oft nicht mit genügender Gleichmäßigkeit aufgebracht werden können. Erfindungsgemäß werden daher in der Masse halbleitend gemachte Papiere von entsprechender Breite ein- oder beiderseitig neben die Metallfolien senkrecht zur Schichtebene geschichtet.
