Description

Das Hauptpatent 577 613 betrifft eine Sprechmaschine, bei welcher der Tonarm durch ein Gegengewicht so ausgeglichen ist, daß auch bei Schräglage oder Umkehrung der Maschine ein Verrutschen oder Abfallen des Tonarmes nicht erfolgen kann und die Tonwiedergabe auch in diesen Stellungen in einwandfreier Weise erfolgt. Dies wird dadurch erreicht, daß der Tonarm zwar um eine rechtwinklig zur Schallplatte gerichtete Achse (Stehachse) drehbar und mit Bezug auf diese Achse durch ein Gegengewicht im indifferenten Gleichgewicht gehalten wird, im übrigen aber die Lagerung derartig erfolgt, daß sich der Arm senkrecht zur abzuspielenden Platte nicht bewegen kann. Die Schalldose ist' drehbar am Tonarm angebracht und befindet sich gleichfalls annähernd im indifferenten Gleichgewicht. Das Eindrücken der Schallnadel in die Tonrillen erfolgt durch ein Federgestänge. Diese Anordnung hat aber den Nachteil, daß sie einen verhältnismäßig großen Raum einnimmt und sich in einem geschlossenen Kasten oder Koffer befinden muß, da sonst durch einen Stoß gegen den Tonarm oder die Schalldose eine plötzliche unvorhergesehene Bewegung dieser Teile herbeigeführt werden kann. Gegenstand der Erfindung ist es, diese Nachteile zu beseitigen und den Weg zu zeigen, wie man die beweglichen Teile der Sprechmaschine derart lagert, daß sie äußeren Einflüssen nicht ausgesetzt sind. Hierzu wird der mit dem Schalltrichter fest verbundene Tonarm, wie dies bei anderen Sprechmaschinen bekannt ist, im Innern des Gehäuses, das auch das Werk zum Antrieb der Schallplatte enthält, derartig angeordnet, daß die Schallplatte von unten her von der Schallnadel berührt wird. Hierbei wird die Schalleitung im Sinne des Hauptpatentes derart gelagert, daß sich der Abstand derselben von der Schallplatte trotz leichter Drehbarkeit nicht ändern kann. Bezüglich ihrer Drehbarkeit steht die Schalleitung im indifferenten Gleichgewicht. Zu diesem Zwecke erfolgt die Lagerung der schlangenförmig gebogenen Schalleitung erfindungsgemäß auf einem Stehbolzen, dessen Mittellinie möglichst genau durch den Schwerpunkt der Schalleitung geht. Die Sprechmaschine besteht aus einem Gehäuse a, welches seitlich mit einer Durchbrechung b versehen ist. Die dem Schalltrichter gegenüberliegende, mit einer Tragöse versehene Wand ist aufklappbar und wird in aufgeklappter Stellung durch besonders angebrachte Seitenstützen erhalten. Der Deckel ist abnehmbar und wird in der aus Abb. 2 ersichtlichen Weise beim Inbetriebsetzen der Einrichtung durch besonders angebrachte Steckstifte am Boden befestigt, wodurch die Schallplatte e, deren Durchmesser größer als die ; Breite des Schutzkastens sein kann, gegen unbeabsichtigte Berührung gesichert ist. Im Innern des Gehäuses α befindet sich ein an sich bekanntes Federwerk g, durch welches die Antriebswelle h der Schallplatte angetrieben wird. Die Schallplatte selbst wird in üblicher Weise auf die Welle h aufgesetzt, jedoch so, daß die Tonrillen sich nach unten befinden. Das Ende der Welle h ist mit einer Rille versehen, in welche eine an sich bekannte Haltevorrichtung eingeschoben wird, wodurch eine Verriegelung der Platte gegen Abfallen oder Abheben erreicht wird. Der Tonarm k ist schlangenförmig gestaltet und endigt in einen Schalltrichter m. Die Lagerung erfolgt erfindungsgemäß mittels einer an dem Schalleitungsteil r befestigten Hülser¹ auf einem am Boden des Gehäuses α angebrachten Tragstift η derart, daß sich die Schalleitung zwar leicht um die Stehachse drehen kann, wobei jedoch der Abstand zwisehen derselben und der Schallplatte unverändert bleibt. Um ein Abfallen oder Abheben des Tonarmsystems vom Stift η zu verhindern, ist eine Schraubkappe n¹ (Abb. 3) vorgesehen. Der Tragstift η wird erfmdungsgemäß so angeordnet, daß seine Mittellinie möglichst genau durch den Schwerpunkt des ganzen Systems geht. Um kleinere Unterschiede auszugleichen, wird an der Hülse r¹ ein einstellbares und mittels der Hülse o¹ verdrehbares Gegengewicht 0 vorgesehen.
