Die Erfindung betrifft eine Skibindung mit in bezug aufeinander einstellbaren gezahnten Zehenbacken, die in ihrer jeweiligen Lage durch eine gleichfalls gezahnte Grundplatte festgehalten werden. Die zum Halten der Zehenbacken dienende Grundblechplatte ist mit in der Längsrichtung des Skis laufenden Rillen von durchweg gleicher Tiefe versehen.
