Description
Liquid heater The invention relates to liquid heaters, in which the water is heated in a double jacket surrounding the flame chamber. In such liquid heaters, the water to be heated was previously by a Pipe fed from below to the bottom of the double jacket. Naturally, the The problem is that the "water vapor contained in the heating gases is attached to those Place the inner jacket as condensation precipitated, its temperature below the dew point of the heating gases. That was mainly the lower zone of the aquifer Double jacket, since the cold water is introduced into this and it is first from the burner flames was touched. The formation of condensation water is essential for the service life of the heater very disadvantageous and should be avoided if possible. About this evil To eliminate, the invention is based on the idea, especially the lower part to give the double jacket as low a share as possible in the heat exchange, d. H. to keep a relatively high water temperature there and the cold water Mainly to lead to the upper part, especially that of the lamellar body a lot of heat is supplied. It is therefore provided that the Kaftwasserzuführungsrohr lead up inside the water-bearing double jacket and from the upper larger ones Openings of the pipe the larger amount of cold water in the vicinity of the lamellar radiator to lead into the water room and the warm water before it is completely heated to mix in. In order to cause the water to be heated as evenly as possible, are several outlet points for the cold water to be added to the already heated water provided, in such a way that the outlet openings in the direction in which the water temperature in the heater increases, i.e. it increases towards the top, whereby the distance between the individual openings decreases towards the top.
The cold water supply pipe is denoted by K in the drawing. The individual openings for the cold water to exit into the water space of the double jacket are marked with O The distances between the openings O from each other take in the direction towards the lamellar body as their size increases.
