Description
Vorrichtung zur Innenkühlung von Ziehtrommeln Die Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung zum Kühlen der Ziehtrommeln mit feststehender Achse bei Drahtziehmaschinen. Bei Ziehtrommeln mit rotierender Achse ist bekannt, die Innenwand durch vermittels eines feststehenden Rohres zugeführtes Wasser zu kühlen und das Rohr durch eine feststehende Platte hindurchzuleiten. Für Ziehtrommeln mit feststehender Achse ist diese Kühlung je- doch ungenügend. Zwischen Achse und Trommelnabe entstehen während des Ziehvorganges hohe Flächendrücke, welche die Schmierung in Frage stellen und daher eine wirksamere Kühlung erfordern. Der Erfindung gemäß wird daher die in das Innere der Trommel geführte Kühlflüssigkeit zunächst auf die Trommelnabe aufgespritzt und von dieser Stelle durch die Fliehkraft auf die Innenseite des Trommelmantels geschleudert, und zwar gerade an der Stelle, wo der beim Ziehen erhitzte Draht auf die Trommel aufgewickelt wird.Device for the internal cooling of drawing drums The invention relates to a device for cooling the drawing drums with a fixed axis in wire drawing machines.
