Durch einen Deckel mit seitlichen Abzuglöchern abschließbares Backgefäß mit mittlerem Heizrohr und einsetzbarer Backform Bei dem durch Patent 515 777 geschützten gasbeheizten Backgefäß mit mittlerem Heizrohr wird die in das Gefäß einzusetzende Backform, als welche auch .eine Springform Verwendung finden kann, durch ein Gestell so mit Abstand über der Heizrohrmündung gehalten, daß die Heizgase unter dem Boden der Backform entlang streichen können. Da der Raum zwischen der Hieizrohrmündung und dem Verschlußdeckel des Backgefäßes eine geringe Höhe hat, so können zum Einsetzen in das Backgefäß nur niedrige Back-oder Springformen verwendet werden, die von den handelsüblichen stark abweichen.
