Das hat den Nachteil, daß zu solcher Bewegung besondere Schaltvorrichtungen mit Exzentern, Ausrückhebelü, Kupplungen usw. benötigt weV= den, welche die Maschine verwickelt machen, eine schwierige Behandlung derselben bedingen und leicht zu Störungen des Betriebes führen. Weiterhin kann dieser ruckweise erfolgende Vorschub und das plötzliche Hereinschnellen der Schneidgeräte für den die Maschine bedienenden Arbeiter gefährlich werden. B. mittels Blechplatten m erfolgen, die in das Stahlband eingefügt und mit äsen it versehen sind, in denen die Drähte 1i, h mittels Klemmschrauben o festgehalten werden (Abb. ¢ und 5). Der Antrieb der Schneidevorrichtung erfolgt gleichartig von der Meßwalze d aus und in bekannter Weise in Abhängigkeit vom Vorschub des Tonstranges e, z. B. durch einen Riemen- oder Kettentrieb p. Die Schneidedrähte il und 12 sind so angeordnet, daß sie gleichzeitig von entgegengesetzten Seiten in den Tonstrange einschneiden. Ihre Schnittlinien q und y können durch Versetzung der z.
