Description

Process for the production of multicolored end strips from wood The subject of the present invention is a process for the production of multicolored Wood carving strips, which differs from the previously known processes in that that not all colors z. B. by gluing different colors Veneers are already present in the workpiece beforehand and by processing individual ones Layers can be made visible or that they can be applied afterwards using stencils but that the order of treatment of the workpiece, first of all with color, the subsequent processing and re-treatment with color the intended one Effect.

The production of such a bar takes place in the following way: A Wooden fillet with a corresponding profile, neatly sanded, is given a. coating suitable color that must not penetrate. A concentrated solution is used for this colored wood stains or varnishes that are applied very quickly with paint sprays can. The bar is then provided with a suitable pattern on special machines carved and (or) milled. Preferably, these patterns must be such that they meet the requirements characteristic of flat ornaments. With this processing Natural wood-colored parts of the bar are created again at the recessed areas. Now the whole bar is coated with glaze paint. This differs from the primer paint. But it should do it in the places where it overlays it, Affect as little or only favorable as possible, so that a full color harmony arises. Either colored nitrocellulose lacquer or a stain is used as the glaze color taken with a subsequent coat of paint.

The economy of the process lies in the fact that without any expensive individual or manual work achieved a product of unmatched joy of color becomes, what otherwise only with templates or on other, much more complicated Ways is possible.

B. Beize oder Farblack, überzogen werden, worauf anschließend beliebige Muster hineingearbeitet werden und alsdann die ganze Leiste mit einer andersfarbigen Lasur farbe überzogen wird.PATENT APPLICATION: Process for the production of multi-colored end strips made of wood with the introduction of patterns by grooving, milling, carving, etc., characterized in that the strips initially have a basic color that does not sink in much, z.
