Verfahren zur Herstellung von marmorartigen Glaskörpern Die vorliegende Erfindung bezweckt die Herstellung von marmorartigen Glaskörpern, also von Körpern, die in der Hauptsache eine einheitliche Farbe zeigen, z. B. weiß sind, dabei aber von andersfarbigen Adern durchzogen sind, die stellenweise schmal und verhältnismäßig dunkel und stellenweise breit und hell, zum Teil auch in einen ganz leichten Schleier verlaufend sind. Nach der Erfindung wird ein solcher Körper in der Weise erzielt, daß man in die Masse eines Milchglaspostens von der gewünschten Hauptfarbe grobe Adern aus feinem Glaspulver von der Farbe, die die Adern zeigen sollen, mittels Furchen oder sonstigen Vertiefungen einführt und dann den Posten z. B. durch Blasen oder Pressen formt. Diese Adern gelangen beim Einführen zum Teil in die Wandung des Postens und nehmen beim Formen die oben beschriebene Gestaltung an.
