Description
Verfahren zum Mischen von Ton und Schamotte Zur Herstellung von Mischungen aus verschiedenen Stoffen sind in der keramischen Industrie Verfahren bekannt, bei denen das Mischgut aus Silos durch selbsttätige Wägevorrichtungen absatzweise in bestimmten einstellbaren Mengen Förderschnecken und von diesen seinem gemeinsamen Becherwerk zugeführt wird, das das zu mischende Gut in eine Cegenstrommischmaschine oder eine Doppelmischschnecke weitergibt. Dieses Verfahren ist insofern zur Erzielung einer vollkommen gleichförmigen Mischung nicht besonders geeignet, weil das Mischgut nicht ununterbrochen, sondern absatzweise den Förderschnecken zugeführt wird, so daß die Mischung infolge der in ihrer Menge wechselnden zu verarbeitenden l ! Massen ungleichmäßig ausfällt.
