Description
Vorrichtung zum Weichmachen endloser starrer Kunstfaserbänder Gegenstand vorliegender Erfindung ist eine Verbesserung der im Patent 491 61g beschriebenen Vorrichtung zum Weichmachen von endlosen starren Kunstfaserbändern.Device for softening endless rigid synthetic fiber straps object The present invention is an improvement on that described in Patent 491,61g Device for softening endless rigid synthetic fiber strips.
An Stelle der Rundbolzen, sei es, daß diese mit oder ohne sich auf ihnen drehende Hülsen ausgebildet sind, werden vorteilhaft aus Metall, z. B. nicht rostendem Stahl, geformte,. mit wellenförmigen Arbeitskanten versehene Brechleisten benutzt, wie sie in der Zeichnung in Abb. z im Längsschnitt, in Abb. a im Querschnitt dargestellt sind. Diese an sich für die Bearbeitung von Bastfasern bekannten Leisten werden an gegenüberliegenden Trommeln so angebracht, daß in der Seitenansicht die beiden Räder, wie in Abb. 3 dargestellt ist, miteinander zahnradartig im Eingriff stehen. Die wellenförmige, nach allen Richtungen abgerundete und polierte Brechkante ruft beim Durcharbeiten des Bandes zwischen diesen Kanten eine überraschende Wirkung insofern hervor, als das Band durch die Räder sehr stark in die Breite auseinandergezogen wird, eine Wirkung, die ihrerseits das Auflockern und Weichmachen des Bandes in allen Teilen begünstigt. Diese Wirkung wird insbesondere dadurch erzielt, daß die auf dem einen Rad angeordneten Wellenkämme gegenüber den auf dem anderen Rad angeordneten um eine halbe Wellenlänge versetzt sind, so daß jeder Wellenberg auf dem einen Rad mit einem Wellental des anderen Rades in einer zur Drehachse der Räder senkrechten Ebene liegt.In place of the round bolts, it is that these with or without being on them rotating sleeves are formed, are advantageously made of metal, for.
