Es wurde nämlich die überraschende Beobachtung gemacht, daß sich eine ganz erhebliche Ausbeutesteigerung erzielen läßt, wenn man zur Auslaugung nicht, wie üblich, heißes Wasser verwendet, sondern eine saure Flüssigkeit, wie z. B. verdünnte Säure, in solcher Menge, daß das guanidinsalzhaltige Filtrat neutrale oder schwach saure Reaktion zeigt. Beispiel. Die durch Eintragen von io kg Kalkstickstoff in 18,8 kg geschmolzenes Ammonnitrat erhaltene, gut zerriebene Reaktionsmasse wird mit 50 1 heißer, etwa o,7 normaler Salpetersäure ausgelaugt. Durch Kristallisation lassen sich aus dem Filtrat über 6,5 kg Guanidinnitrat gewinnen, während bei sonst gleicher Arbeitsweise beim- Auslaugen mit heißem Wasser günstigstenfalls etwa 5 kg erhalten werden.It has now been shown that the yield of guanidine salts -not only depends on the exposure temperature and the proportions of the starting products, it is also largely determined by the type of leaching, in particular by the choice of the leaching medium.
