Description
Flüssigkeitserhitzer mit einem in das unmittelbar an die Wasserleitung angeschlossene Zuflußrohr eingebauten Drosselglied Zweck der Erfindung ist, eine bestimmte gleichbleibende Wassermenge einem Flüssigkeitserhitzer entnehmen zu können. Im Gegensatz zu den bekannten, dem gleichen Zweck dienenden Drosselschrauben ist nach der Erfindung das nach Art eines Hahnkükens ausgebildete und in bekannter Weise mit mehreren verschieden großen Durchgangsöffnungen versehene Drosselglied derart in die an die Wasserleitung angeschlossene Zuflußleitung des Erhitzers eingesetzt, daß seine Einstellung während des Betriebes nicht verändert werden kann. Das Drosselglied ist deshalb an seiner einen Stirnseite mit einem mehrkantigen Ansatz versehen, der in eine entsprechend ausgebildete Aussparung der Leitungswand unter der Wirkung einer von einer Kappe zusammengepreßten Feder eingreift. Hierdurch wird vermieden, daß von unberufener Seite -eine unzweckmäßige oder willkürliche Verstellung des Drosselgliedes herbeigeführt wird, wie dies bei Drosselschrauben möglich ist. Von besonderem Vorteil ist, da,ß der Regelungsbolzen beim Einstellen herausgezogen werden muß und nicht beliebig eingegeschoben werden kann, sondern in jedem bestimmten Fall in seine entsprechende Lage eingeschoben werden muß und hierin dauernd durch die auf den Bolzen drückende Feder oder ähnliche Sicherung gehalten wird. Der Regelungsbolzen kann im Innern oder außerhalb des Gehäuses liegen und wird durch eine schraubbare Kappe verdeckt bzw. abgeschlossen. Die Zeichnung stellt den Regelungsbolzen in zwei Abbildungen im Quer- und Längsschnitt dar. Der Regelungsbolzen i ist mit verschieden großen Durchgangsöffnungen 2, 3, 4 versehen.
