Description
Verbindung zweier Bleche Es ist bekannt, Bleche dadurch miteinander zu verbinden, daß die an der Kante des einen Bleches vorhandenen Zacken in die dem Zakkenprofil und der Teilung entsprechenden Schlitze des anderen Bleches eingesetzt werden. Die aus dem geschlitzten Blech herausragenden Zackenenden werden nun je nach Art und Stärke des Bleches umgebogen, breitgeschlagen oder gelötet bzw. geschweißt, wodurch eine Befestigung der Zacken in den Schlitzen und damit eine Verbindung der beiden Bleche erzielt wird. Diese Art der Verbindung ist gebräuchlich für Blechkästen aller Art und überall dort, wo bei einem weichenBlechmaterial keine besonderen Festigkeitsbeanspruchungen auftreten. Für Trägerkonstruktionen, bei denen es sich um besonders geringes Gewicht bei höchster Ausnutzung des Materials und bei oft wechselnder starker Beanspruchung und Überlastung handelt, d. h. also bei Verwendung hochwertiger evtl. gehärteter Stahlbleche geringer Wandstärke, kommt eine derartige Verbindung-- nicht in Frage. Hierfür soll das in folgendem beschriebene Verfahren zur Herstellung von Verbänden, die eine Verrieglung !, der Zacken in den Schlitzen ohne dauernde Formveränderung des Materials ermöglichen, Anwendung finden. -Nach Abb. i und 2 ist a das eine Blech mit den Schlitzen b und c, das- andere Blech. mzt den Zacken d, welche eine seitliche Aussparung in einer Tiefe f und einer Höhe gleich der Dicke des Bleches a aufweisen. Die Schlitzlänge ist gleich der Zackenbreite abzüglich der Aussparung f. Die Herstellung des Verbandes der beiden Bleche a und c geht nach Abb. 3 wie folgt vor sich. Das Blech a wird vor Einlegen- in die Zacke derart zwangsweise nach außen gewölbt, daß eine Verkürzung des Abstandes e um die Tiefe der Zakkenaussparung f eintritt. Hierauf wird der Schlitzsteg in die Zackenlücke eingedrückt und der die Wölbung hervorrufende Druck P nachgelassen. Beim Strecken des Bleches a schiebt sich nun die Schlitzkante unter die unterschnittene Zacke und wird verriegelt. Zur Sicherung der Verrieglung kann die durch Verlagerung der Zacken in den Schlitzen frei gewordene Schlitzfläche durch ein Sperrstück lt ausgefüllt werden, z. B. durch ein Sperrstück nach Form der Abb. 7, dessen Schaftende i nach Einführung in den Schlitz umgebogen wird (Abb. 6).Fig. Q., 5 and 6 show another type of locking.
