Description

Bei dem Hauptpatent wird an den Schuhschaft statt des 'Zwzckrandes ein Band angesteppt, mit welchem der Schaft über den Leisten eingebunden wird. Auf dieses Band wird die Sohle aufgeklebt. In Gemäßheit der vorliegenden Verbesserung wird nun das Ansteppen :eines besonderen Bandes dadurch vermieden, daß das Schaftleder, wie bisher, ohne Z;vickrand nur bis an den Sohlenrand geschnitten, das Futter dagegen in gewöhnlicher Weise mit dem Zwickrande geschnitten wird. Alsdann wird der Rand des Schaftleders auf den Futterrand aufgesteppt, der Futterrand gekordelt, und nunmehr kann das Einbinden des Schaftes mittels der Kordelung am Futterrande erfolgen. Der Futterrand selbst wird dann in der üblichen Weise nach dem Hauptpatent mit Klebematerial bestrichen und zum Aufklet_en der Sohle benutzt. Man hat bereits vorgeschlagen, beün Tä'ksen von Rahmenschuhen .eine Zwischenlage zwischen Futter und OOherleder anzubringen, wobei der' vorstehende Rand des Zwischenfutters die Täkse aufnehmen soll. Ein derartiges starkes Zwischenfutter, welches die Täksspannungen aufnehmen kann ermöglicht kein faltenloses Anliegen, insbesondere an der Spitze. Ebent2 sowenig ist bei dieser Anordnung von einem Kleben der Sohle die Rede. Bei der vorliegenden Erfindung wird eine vollständig ebene Klebefläche ohne Faltenbildung erzielt und das Kleben der Sohle auf dem Bande ermöglicht, ohne daß das Aufrauhen des Leders zu erfolgen braucht.In the main patent, instead of the 'Zwzckrandes a band is sewn on, with which the shaft is tied over the last. on this tape is glued to the sole.
