Description

Verfahren zur Herstellung von Ringpinseln ohne zentralen Verspannungskeil Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Herstellung von durch äußere Einflüsse (durch Wasser, 051e, Säuren, große Hitze) unzerstörbaren Ring- u. dgl. Pinseln ohne zentralen Verspannungskeil. Der Erfindungszweck wird dadurch verwirklicht, daß man das Borstenbündel zunächst in einen mit einem nach innen gerichteten Ringflansch versehenen Ring faßt, in einer Bindemasse bekannter Art gründet und ohne jegliche zentrale Verspannung erhärtet. Hierauf wird der so gefaßte Borstenkopf in eine Metallschale mit Gewindekopf .gesetzt und schließlich -der Fassungsring und die Metallschale durch einen Außenring mit eingezogenen Rändern verbunden.Process for the production of ring brushes without a central tensioning wedge The invention relates to a method for the production of by external influences (by water, 051e, acids, high heat) indestructible ring and similar brushes without central tensioning wedge. Bei den Pinseln dieser Art fehlen jedoch die beiden inneren Ringzwingen, und aus diesem Grunde ist .die Befestil;ung des Borstenbündels in seiner Fassung eine ungenügende. Erst durch die Vereinigung der drei Ringhülsen entsprechend der Erfindung wird eine sichere Befestigung des Borstenbündels im Pinselstiel ohne Verkei-Jung ermöglicht .und gleichzeitig ein voll-' kommen dichter Abschluß des Pinselkopfes erreicht, welcher jederzeit eine Desinfektion des Pinsels gestattet.Ring brushes with the bristle bundle in a ring ferrule, which is encompassed by a second, the first ferrule protruding towards the handle, are known.
