Er ist angefertigt aus Wirk- oder Webware, der; n Wasseraufsaugefähigkeit durch Tränken mit Fett, Ü1 oder anderen Mitteln oder auf andere bekannte Art herabgesetzt oder genommen ist. Es wird hierbei unbedingt Wert darauf gelegt, daß nicht eine vollständige 'Wasserundurchlässigkeit zwischen den Fäden des Stoffes entsteht, da hier die Abhaltung größerer Wassermengen, die ins Schuhwerk eingedrungen sind, nicht in Frage kommt.
