Description

Footwear, the insole of which is adapted to the shape of the foot is provided, and moldings for its manufacture. The invention relates to orthopedic footwear adapted to the shape of the foot, together with the corresponding last, in which in order to achieve the increase in the foot adapted to the .Schuhwerk on the last Corresponding depressions or depressions are provided by removing material can be obtained. These elevations in footwear have the purpose, in particular that To support the arch of the foot. Up to now, however, the disadvantage was that that the foot becomes unnaturally crooked as a result of one-sided lifting of the arch of the foot Location was constrained. This disadvantage is eliminated by the present invention eliminates the fact that the insole in the footwear is in the rear, outwardly located heel part is bent upwards at about 35 ° and to achieve this shoe shape of the last has a bevel running approximately at 35 ° on the outside of the heel part. This elevation, which is also attached at the opposite point of the footwear, exerts an effect the foot a counteraction through which the unnatural change in position of the The foot is lifted again by this counter-elevation of the foot inwards again presses.

The subject of the invention is shown in an exemplary manner in the drawing Embodiment shown on the last.

Fig.'i is a view of the skeleton of the foot, Fig Side view of the last, Figure 3 shows a bottom view of the last; Fig. ¢ and 5 show a cross-section each through the last.

In Fig. I, a, b are the toe bones, c is the metatarsal bone, d the sphenoid bone, e the naval bone, f the talus bone and g the heel bone. The last k is changed in its part lying under the arch of the foot in a known manner in such a way that the individual parts c, d, e, f and g each have a suitable support in the footwear, namely at the point under the metatarsal bone c the material removed from the last in a thickness of r1 / 2 cm, so that a depression or trough i is created on the last. Under the sphenoid bone, d and naval bone e, the material is 1 cm away from the last, so that a flatter depression h is created, while the material is removed from the last towards the heel part, i.e. under the point where the talus f and heel bone meet g is only 1/2 cm. In the case of footwear, lasts shaped in this way create corresponding elevations at points i, k, L , so that metatarsal bones c, sphenoid bone d, naval bone e, ankle bone f and yoke bone g all have a suitable support and base.

Due to the elevations in the footwear under the arch of the foot the foot is pushed outwards. To get the foot back into its natural position the insole is on the opposite side of the arch of the foot also provided with an elevation in the back of the heel and on the last Manufacture of this footwear on the outside of the heel part an approximately under 35 ° sloping, creating the insole on the back of the heel on the outermost side, also bent upwards at a bevel of about 35 ° is.
