Einrichtung zur Herstellung von Karton und mehrfachpapieren auf Rundsiebzylindern. Bei der Herstellung von Karton, Mehrfachpapieren u. dgl., die aus minderwertigen Innenschichten und höherwertigen Deckschichten bestehen:, ist es von besonderer Nichtigkeit, daß die Entwässerung in der richtigen Weise erfolgt. Würde man die Entwässerung des Kartons u. dgl. in der Weise vornehmen, daß der Wassergehalt nach Herstellung des Kartons von außen abgesaugt wird, so würden die Verunreinigungen der inneren Schichten durch die äußeren besseren Schichten hindurchgesaugt werden und die letzteren ebenfalls verunreinigen. Um dies zu vermeiden, ist bereits vorgeschlagen worden, daß auf zwei Siebgruppen beliebiger Art je eine aus Deckschicht und einem Teil der Innenschichten bestehende Faserstoffbahn hergestellt und entwässert wird, worauf die beiden Bahnen mit den Innenseiten zusammengelegt und vereinigt werden. Es bat sich aber gezeigt, daß trotz der von innen heraus erfolgenden Entwässerung immer noch Feuchtigkeit im Karton u. dgl. enthalten bleibt, so daß häufig noch eine nachträgliche Entwässerung oder Entfeuchtung der fertigen Kartonbahn oder Mehrfachpapierbahn mit den daraus sich ergebenden schädlichen Folgen notwendig ist.Equipment for the production of cardboard and multiple papers on cylinder molds.
