Description

Method for producing a corrugated packaging material Cellulose wadding or some other soft material. Wavy packaging materials, which essentially consist of a soft material such as cellulose wadding previously manufactured in such a way that the soft fabric together with a base is corrugated from an adhesive-permeable paper, the adhesive on the wave crests of the paper smeared and the flat paper or cardboard layer in during production from corrugated cardboard of known type is glued. The purpose of arranging the intermediate layer is to prevent the waves consisting of the soft fabric from losing their shape and elasticity lose. -It has now been found that an even softer packaging material is obtained when the adhesive is in the least possible thin distribution on the mountains of cellulose wadding or the like. Or on the base or applied to the back. Such a thin application of the adhesive can one z. B. achieve that it is in a known manner on the corrugated Cellulose wadding or sprayed onto the back of the paper using a suitable device. This makes it possible to regulate the distribution of the adhesive so that it only covers the waves of the soft fabric or the back in a very thin layer.

As a result of the discontinuation of the previous intermediate layer of cellulose wadding existing packaging material will simplify production and through reducing the consumption of adhesive and omitting the interleaving paper achieved a reduction in price. There is also the possibility of the cellulose layer to reinforce and get an even softer packaging material.

B. aufgespritzt wird, und Wellen und Rücken in üblicher Weise vereinigt werden.PATENT CLAIM: Process for the production of a corrugated packaging material made of cellulose wadding or another soft material, characterized in that the cellulose wadding or the fabric itself is corrugated in the usual way, the adhesive applied to the corrugations or the back of the paper, e.g. B. is sprayed, and waves and back are united in the usual way.
