Claims (1)
- Ansprüche1 . Arterektomie-System zum Entfernen eines Obstruktionsmaterials aus dem Blutgefäß eines Patienten, beinhaltend in Kombination:einen in das Blutgefäß einführbaren flexiblen Führungsdraht, der einen Hohlraum zum Festhalten des Obstruktionsmaterials definiert,einen flexiblen Katheter mit einem Ausschneidemittel an seinem distalen Ende mit einem ununterbrochenen Durchgang zur Aufnahme des ausgeschnittenen Obstruktionsmaterials, wobei der flexible Katheter von dem flexiblen Führungsdraht geführt und über ihn schiebbar ist,Kupplungsmittel am proximalen Ende des flexiblen Katheterszur Verbindung des flexiblen Katheters mit Antriebsmitteln.2. Arterektomie-System nach Anspruch 1, worin das Ausschneidemittel eine rohrförmige Klinge ist.3. Arterektomie-System nach Anspruch 1, worin das Ausschneidemittel eine rohrförmige Klinge ist, die wenigstens einen Zahn aufweist.4. Arterektomie-System nach Anspruch 7, worin die Ausrichtmittel eine aufblasbare Kammer beinhalten, die an dem distalen Ende der flexiblen Hülse gebildet ist.9. Arterektomie-System nach Anspruch 7, worin die flexible Hülse eine Zunge an ihrem distalen Ende aufweist, um die Hülse in dem Blutgefäß auszurichten.10. Arterektomie-System nach Anspruch 9, worin die Zunge wahlweise einstellbar ist.11. Arterektomie-System nach Anspruch 6, worin Mittel zur Übertragung von Fluid in das Blutgefäß mit der flexiblen Hülse verbunden sind.12. Arterektomie-System nach Anspruch 1, worin Unterdruck angewendet wird, um das ausgeschnittene Obstruktionsmaterial in dem ununterbrochenen Durchgang proximal zu ziehen.13. Arterektomie-System nach Anspruch 12, worin der Unterdruck seitens einer Pumpe der Verdrangerbauart zur Verfugung gestellt ist.14. Arterektomie-System nach Anspruch 1, worin ein Abschnitt des distal in den flexiblen Katheter eingesetzten und in das Blutgefäß eingeführten flexiblen Führungsdrahtes den flexiblen Katheter mit dem Blutgefäß in konzentrische Flucht bringt.

Arterektomie-System nach Anspruch 1, worin ein Abschnitt des flexiblen Führungsdrahtes, der sich von dem flexiblen Katheter aus distal in das Blutgefäß erstreckt, einen Hebelarm zur Verfügung stellt, der den flexiblen Katheter mit dem Blutgefäß winkelmäßig in Flucht bringt.16. Arterektomie-System nach Anspruch 1, worin wenigstens ein Abschnitt des flexiblen Führungsdrahtes wie ein Bohrer geformt ist. .17. Arterektomie-System nach Anspruch 16, worin der Bohrer aus einem gewendelten Draht besteht, der aus wenigstens zwei Lagen gebildet ist, die sein absolutes Querschnittsmaß rund um eine quer zur Hauptachse des Bohrers verlaufende neutrale Achse vermindern.18. Arterektomie-System nach Anspruch 1, worin der flexiblen Führungsdraht aus einem Pilotdraht und einem darauf gleitenden flexiblen Gehäuse besteht, welches einen Hohlraum zum Festhalten des Obstruktionsmaterials definiert.19. Arterektomie-System nach Anspruch 18, worin der flexible Pilotdraht an seinem distalen Ende ein Hilfsenergie-Hülse aufweist.20. Arterektomie-System nach Anspruch 19, worin die Hilfsenergie von dem Pilotdraht emittiert wird, um den gewendelten Draht beim Durchqueren des Obstruktionsmaterials zu unterstützen.21. Arterektomie-System nach Anspruch 18, worin der flexible Pilotdraht ein Rohr ist.22. Arterektomie-System nach Anspruch 18, worin ein Abschnitt des flexiblen Pilotdrahts distal in dasflexible Gehäuse und das Blutgefäß einführbar ist und einen Hebelarm bereitstellt, um das flexible Gehäuse mit dem Blutgefäß winkelmäßig in Flucht miteinander zu bringen.

Arterektomie-System nach Anspruch 23, worin der gewendelte Draht aus einem Draht gemacht ist, der um eine quer zur Hauptachse des gewendelten Drahtes verlaufende neutrale Achse herum einen verminderten Querschnittsmodul hat.

Verfahren zum Entfernen einer Obstruktion aus einem Blutgefäß mit einem Arterektomie-System, beinhaltend die folgenden Schritte:Einführen eines flexiblen Führungsdrahtes in das Blutgefäß und in die Obstruktion,Festhalten der Obstruktion mit dem flexiblen Führungsdraht ,Vorschieben eines an einem distalen Ende eines flexiblen Katheters angeordneten Ausschneidemittels über den flexiblen Führungsdraht,Vorschieben des Ausschneidemittels in die Obstruktion und ausschneiden der Obstruktion, während das Ausschneidemittel in dem Blutgefäß geführt und durch den flexiblen Führungsdraht mit dem Blutgefäß ausgerichtet ist.39. Verfahren nach Anspruch 38, worin ein röntgenstrahlenundurchlässiges Fluid durch den flexiblen Führungsdraht injiziert wird, um ein Durchleuchtungsbild des Blutgefäßes zu erleichtern.
