Description
Elektrische Sammlerhatterie mit bipolaren Elektroden. Die bipolaren Elektroden wurden meist in der Weise zu einer Batterie vereinigt, daß sie, unter Zwischenschaltung von Isolierringen a. dgl., zwischen zwei starre Endplatten gelegt wurden, welche durch Bolzen miteinander verbunden und durch Muttern einander genähert wurden, wobei die Elektroden und Isolierringe fest gegeneinandergepreßt wurden. Nach der Erfindung erfolgt die dichte Vereinigung der Elektroden und Isolierringe dadurch, daß sie in das Innere eines liegenden zylindrischen Gefäßes gebracht und durch Niederschrauben von dessen Deckel fest aneinandergepreßt werden. Durch diese Bauart vermeidet man vorspringende Teile der früheren und schützt ferner die Elektroden und Isolierringe besser gegen mechanische Beschädigung.
