Die Anwendung dieser Technik bei Behältern zum Transport von Druckgasen oder Chemikalien bereitet jedoch erhebliche Schwierigkeiten. Zum einen ist dies die sichere Anbringung des Datenträgers am Behälter, so daß er ohne weiteres der rauhen betrieblichen Praxis, insbesondere auch während des Transports, ausgesetzt werden kann. Zum anderen muß das Lesegerät zum Ein- und Auslesen der Daten an die Datenträger herangeführt wer den, was relativ umständlich ist.
