Ei nes der freien Enden des Verankerungsschaftes 6 weist eine ko nische Verbindungsfläche 60 auf, die durch einen Kugelkopf 61 verlängert wird. Der Kugelkopf 61 wird in den Hohlraum 50 des Einsatzes 5 so eingeführt und gehalten, daß er frei im Inneren dieses schwenkbar ist. Claims (5)

- - einem Einsatz aus einem Kunststoff, der in den Napf eingeführt ist und in seinem Innenbereich einen kugelför migen Hohlraum aufweist;
- - einem Verankerungsschaft, dessen eines freies Ende einen Kugelkopf aufweist, der mit dem Hohlraum des Ein satzes zusammenwirkt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Napf (2) ein zylindrisches Außenprofil zeigt, das eine geneigte Fläche (20) aufweist, die bei der Befesti gung der Prothese (1) gegen den benachbarten Trapezoid- Knochen (8) zur Anlage kommt.
