Description
Die Erfindung betrifft ein Prüfverfahren gemäß dem Oberbegriff des Patentanspruchs. Bei einem aus der gattungbildenden US-PS 5 113 651, F01N 3/22, bekannten Verfahren dieser Art sind in einem Abgaskrümmer strömungsmäßig vor einem katalytischen Abgas konverter sowie in Strömungsrichtung hinter diesem Sauerstoff sonden angeordnet, deren Ausgangssignale während eines einge schwungenen Betriebszustands der Maschine, d. h. außerhalb von Beschleunigungs- und Bremsphasen derselben, bei willkürlicher Aktivierung der Sekundärluftzufuhr erfaßt und mit gespeicherten Sollwerten verglichen werden; aus Abweichungen läßt sich dann auf den Betriebszustand der Sekundärluftzufuhr, jedoch als ganzes, schließen.The invention relates to a test method according to the preamble of the claim.
