Nutzbarmachung der Endgase von Schwefeisäurekonzentrationsanlagen. Schwefelsäurekonzentrationsanlagen, bei denen die Eindampfung der Kammersäure durch direkte Feuerung erfolgt, z. B. die Anlage nach System Gaillard, liefern ein Endgas, das Stickstoff, Sauerstoff, Kohlensäure, Wasserdampf, Schwefelsäure und unter Umständen auch schweflige Säure enthält. Die Wiedergewinnung = der -durch die Endgase mitgeführten Schwefelsäure läßt sich nach %-erschiedenen Verfahren bewerkstelligen, welchen gemeinsam ist, daß sie nur die kondensierbaren Bestandteile der Endgase, nämlich Wasserdampf und Schwefelsäure, zurückhalten und auch diese nicht vollständig.
