Description

Die Patentanmeldung P 42 33 600.7-16 beschreibt ein Ver­ fahren zur Vorbehandlung von Kunststoff-Restmaterial, das mit organischen und amphoter reagierenden Metallrück­ ständen verunreinigt ist, wobei die letzteren in alka­ lisch reagierenden Baustoffmischungen unter Auflösung der Metalle gasförmigen Wasserstoff bilden.
Diese Vorbehandlung nimmt dabei die in den angemachten Baustoffen ablaufende Reaktion vorweg.
Hierbei hat sich nun gezeigt, daß die Reaktionszeit bis zur vollständigen Auflösung der Metalle sowie auch zur Vernichtung des organischen Materials drastisch ver­ kürzt werden kann, wenn die Vorbehandlung mit den in der Anmeldung genannten alkalischen Waschlösungen bei er­ höhter Temperatur, vorzugsweise bei 60-90°C, durchgeführt wird, wobei die unmittelbar hinter dem Her­ stellungsprozeß des Kunststoffgranulats in diesem noch vorhandene Eigenwärme aus dem Prozeß ausgenutzt wird, indem das noch heiße Granulat in die Waschlösung einge­ bracht wird.

Claims (1)

  1. Verfahren nach Hauptpatentanmeldung P 42 33 600.7-16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das in den Hauptansprüchen 1-3 beschriebene Verfahren bei erhöhter Temperatur, vorzugsweise bei 60-90°C, durchgeführt wird, wobei die unmittelbar hinter dem Herstellungsprozeß des Kunst­ stoffgranulats in diesem noch vorhandene Eigenwärme aus dem Prozeß ausgenutzt wird, indem das noch heiße Granu­ lat in die Waschlösung eingebracht wird.
