Das in Fig. 3 dargestellte Folienteil wird aus einem Zuschnitt mit den entsprechenden Konturen hergestellt und gemäß der bevorzug ten Ausführungsform der Fig. 4 mit der Textilunterlage 6 versehen. Da es sich bei der Folie des Teils 3 um ver schweißbare Folien handelt, kann die Textilunterlage 6 durch das Aufbringen von Wärme (ca. 80-90°), vorzugsweise durch heißes Wasser oder einen Haartrockner, mit der Folie verbun den werden. Hieraus ergibt sich der vorteilhafte Nebeneffekt, daß bei der Herstellung keine schädlichen Klebstoffdämpfe entstehen. 1. Orthopedic bale angle correction orthosis ( 1 )

- With a finger-like toe cover ( 2 ) for receiving the big toe;
- With a side drawstring arrangement ( 3 ); and

4. Orthosis according to one of claims 1 to 3, characterized in that the toe cover ( 2 ) has a ventilation opening ( 9 ).

5. Orthosis according to one of claims 1 to 4, characterized in that the holding part ( 4 ) with the Zugbandan arrangement ( 3 ) is sewn.

9. Orthosis according to one of claims 1 to 8, characterized in that the holding part ( 4 ) is designed as an elastic ring-shaped closed band.

10. Orthosis according to one of claims 1 to 9, characterized in that the drawstring arrangement ( 3 ) has a recess ( 15 ) for the ball area.

11. A method for producing a bale angle correction orthosis ( 1 ), characterized by the following method steps:

- Making a blank in the form of a film part made of rubber-elastic material;
- Generation of a finger-like toe casing ( 2 ) by connecting two pairs of edges ( 16 , 17 or 18 , 19 ) of the blank; and
- Attaching a band-shaped holding part ( 4 ) on the end of the blank facing away from the toe sheath ( 2 ).

12. The method according to claim 11, characterized in that a plastic rod ( 20 ) is used to produce the toe casing ( 2 ), over the ends ( 22 or 23 ) of which the edges to be connected ( 16 , 17 or 18 , 19 ) having struck ends and connected in the folded state.

13. The method according to claim 11 or 12, characterized in that the edges ( 16 , 17 or 18 , 19 ) to form the toe casing ( 2 ) are welded.
