Description

Ziegelstrangpresse, deren Preßrumpf innen mit Längsleisten und auswechselbaren Rückstauringen versehen ist. Gegenstand der Erfindung ist eine Ziegelstrangpresse, welche mit Einrichtungen versehen ist, um das Rückstauen und das Mitdrehen des Preßgutes wirksam zu verhindern. Die Mittel, welche hierzu benutzt werden, sind zwar an sich schon bekannt. Sie bestehen darin, daß der Preßrumpf der Strangpresse im Innern mit Längsleisten und mit Rückstauringen versehen ist. Es sind auch schon Ziegelstrangpressen mit im Innern des Preßrumpfes angebrachten Rückstauringen bekannt. Dort gehen jedoch die Rückstauringe an dem in der Bewegungsrichtung des Preßgutes liegenden Ende in einen zylindrischen Ringansatz über, ragen also nicht mit einer scharfen Schneide in den Pressenraum hinein. Ferner sind diese Ringe an der glatten Zylinderwand durch Schrauben befestigt, so daß sie erst nach Lösung der Schrauben ausgewechselt werden können. Es ist weiterhin auch schon vorgeschlagen worden, herausnehmbare Mantelstücke im Innern. des Preßrumpfes von Ziegelstrangpressen anzubringen. die zwecks Verhinderung des Rückstauens des Preßgutes mit Ansätzen und Zähnen versehen waren. Diese Einrichtung halt den Nachteil, daß, wenn die Zähne so abgenutzt waren, daß eine Auswechselung erfolgen mußte, die ganzen Mantelstücke auszuwechseln waren, was besonders deshalb unvorteilhaft war, weil die Abnutzung der Zähne an den Innenmantelstücken ungleichmäßig und nach dem Austrittsende des Preßrumpfes bin größer wird, so daß also schon wegen der abgenutzten Zähne am Austrittsende eine Auswechselarg, vorgenommen werden mußte, wenn die Zähne am andern Ende auch noch brauchbar waren.Brick extrusion press, the press hull inside with longitudinal strips and exchangeable Reservoir rings is provided.
